It a start.... and check in...

YES!!! It is a start to a new trend! Down again this week... It may only be .9lbs but i am happy with anything! 

This week I need to really focus on my food intake.  I bought the new WW scale, and I am going to log EVERYTHING I eat! Yes I am!

I am so close to my 10% goal that I can feel it! I am now at 216.00 even.  My 10% goal is 211lbs.  4lbs that is it! This should be doable within 2 weeks! All I need to do is focus!

On the exercise front... I am still doing my kickboxing 2 times a week, but i have added in the Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred.  I am getting up at 530 am and doing the dvd, then getting ready for work, and eating my breakfast at home before I go to work.  This is new for me... eating breakfast before i go... the first two days have gone very well.  I am not a morning person in the least, but I am actually feeling better throughout the day.  I am even going to bed earlier then I use too.  Maybe this will turn out to be a good change. 

I have also decided that I might start going for a walk in the mornings, on the days that I don't do the DVD.  I am going to purchase a new water proof jacket.  It RAINS A LOT here in Victoria, and I DESPISE the rain.  I will probably have to purchase a new pair of walking pants too :( Thank god I now work at Marks and get a great discount!

I hope everyone has a great week!  My goal this week is to plan my food out for the next week!
