Check In and Recap

Hello World,

I seem to be on the path to getting back on track.  I was down 3.6lbs this week.  I have almost lost all of the weight i gained while babysitting at my parents house.

I'm super excited, I have taken a new part time job with Marks as a team lead! I truly did not enjoy Reitmans at all.  I start on Wednesday. STOKED! Best part is I am gauranted 15 hours a week up to 30! So much better then the 4 hours I was getting at Reitmans.

Exercise this week was okay, did my kickboxing class on Tuesday, than again on Saturday. Went for a walk on Sunday and Monday. 



Now that I am working more hours again, I am going to have to start scheduling everything again.  Food for all day, including dinners, and exercise.  It feels like forever since I have done this. 

What I would like to accomplish this week:

  1. 4 classes of Kickboxing
  2. Making a new money budget
  3. prepping each days meal the day before
  4. try a new recipe
  5. Perfect a white cupcake recipe.... Anybody know any good ones?

Oh dear...quick note

Quick note,

I have been away a bit because I had to babysit my siblings, I did go to WW and weigh in while I was there.  I was up 3.3.  This week I was up .9.  Overall I am not too upset.  I did get my 16 week charm.  Now to get back on track!

Two Horrible Food days...

So i have had two horrible food days, and I didn't go to kickboxing last night....

I am giving myself a kick in the ass and getting on track today!  I am declaring war on my food intake!

On Saturday I am going to kickboxing and then I am off to my parents place all of next week.  I am babysitting my young brothers and sisters.   So I am going to really need to focus on journaling and watching my food in take.

I may not be around for the next 7 days.... But I promise to WI at WW on Tuesday at a location in Mission.

Victories....


 

So i weighted in yesterday at my WW meeting, down 2.6lbs, now at 216.2.  I was pretty pissy after weigh in because I know that I had lost more, the day before i had wi at 214 at kickboxing for the 90 day challenge...


So i moped, and went to kickboxing... And kickboxing kicked my ass into thinking, wow D and I have come a really really long way!  When I first started kickboxing, I could barely lift my legs.  Last night was brutal, and I realized that I can now do ....  Many Many jumping jacks,  squats, 40 full real sit ups, or the insane leg lifts with no problems!

Morale of the story is.... DON'T GET PISSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is always something to celebrate!
