Today I realized that when I am tired, all I want to do is eat bad foods! It is just so easy to pick up that piece of treat or candy. I tried hard, and I mean really hard. I did go into my weekly points but i am okay with that. It is a small victory for me to go to Starbucks and get the Grande instead of a Venti AND only 2 pieces of Halloween Candy, instead of the 4 that may had walked in the door.
Today is the last day of my long week of work. 100 hours plus kickboxing and weight watchers... Makes for a long week. Im off Saturday ALL DAY! I am going to go for a hike and then do nothing for the rest of the day!
