On Tuesday night I rejoined Weight Watchers with a friend of mine. I weighed myself before I went and my scale scale said 233, when I weighed in at Weight Watchers the scale said 234. I was happy that my home scale isn't too far out.I am pretty pumped this time, I actually think I have a partner in crime that will actually stick it out with me. Someone I can actually lean on.
I think the only struggle I am going to have is adding activity to my days. I work 2 jobs, and I go to kick boxing 7 times a month. But I need to figure out how to add more... Anybody have any ideas?

fitting in activity will also be my challenge. I don't have 2 jobs, but a 5 year old. I will commit to one big hike every weekend..early morning.
