Yeah down again this week. only .9 but as i said before that 1lb mark seems to be my norm!

So does anybody out there have any tips for me on how to increase that number?


  1. Hey don't feel bad. One pound a week is great! That is really what you want to be aiming for 1-2 pounds a week. Remember slow weight loss is permanant weight loss. You're doing awesome! Keep it up!

  2. I agree with the above comment- I lose usually between 1-2 pounds a week. It's a slow process, but just think where you can be this time next year!

  3. And I agree with both of the above comments! ;) I know it's boring and a more than a little frustrating, but the old adage is true: slow and steady wins the race.
