Advice needed!! PRETTY PLEASE!

In the past little while i have been thinking alot.... bad thing to do i know ... lol
And i would really like everybodies advice... So please comment...

1) how can i speed up my weight loss.... it is driving me nuts this 1lb or less at a time...
2) should i rejoin ww? i am really stuck on this one... what is the benefit to me?

I am really tired today and it sucks... i am feeling fat and ugly today... which is stupid cause nothing has changed!


  1. Be patient. The faster it comes off, the faster it comes back on. Focus your attention on doing what you need to be healthy and happy today and the day will come when your body composition matches that. Not the advice you were looking for probably but it's what I believe to be right. :)

  2. I too am trying to lose weight, and, at lunch time, have been drinking a glass of water with one tablespoon of CHIA seed, it expands in your belly, making you not full. Plus, later after digesting, at least for me, it really gets the bowels moving. Have only been taking it a few days, so will see how it works in the long run. Google "chia seed" and see all the benefits of it.
