NEW MONTH.... NEW GOALs... Sorta....

December Goals
1) Loose 4 pounds + (thats only 1 pound a week!)
2) Go to the gym and work out while the pool is closed
3) Eat fish at least 1 time per week
4) gain 20 excercise points (this is pretty low... i can do it!)
5) Starbucks only 1 time per week (ill try really hard! I promise!)
6) Take my vitamins everyday ( i have a really hard time with this one... Any suggestions?)

Everyday Goals
1) Drink 8 glasses of water a day
2) No fast food
3) exercise atleast 30 minutes/day 3x a week
4) Journal Everything
5) Weigh and Measure all food
