Almost!

So I have been 100% truthful with my journaling of food.  I was tempted not to put my chips and dip down... but I felt guilty... sigh... So yesterday I had a C+ kind of day... I only went off plan 1 time.  Even though I also had 1 piece of pizza it was planed.  The reason why I had planed it was because i did two kickboxing classes last night... AND I SURVIVED!!!! 

What does everybody else do for exercise?  Any fun ideas of things I can try?
