Hope everyone had a wonderful week.... WI was good this week, im back down below my Christmas weight gain.... plus a little bit extra.
My plan this week is to exercise every morning at 530am at the gym.
So i went to the bank yesterday to ask for a loan so that I can get out of debt. I figure if i can get my health in order, why can I not get my debt in order... so I make an appointment at the Scotia bank... let me tell you at the end of my appointment i said to the lady... well gee you definitely are NOT like what you commercials say you are...
I then went to TD Canada trust and it was the best experience i have had at a bank! The lady said to me, well that really is not much money to be in debt for, of course we can help you! So keep your fingers crossed I will know more later today...
So i made my new reciepe of the week, and i didnt like it so much.... sigh.... oh well that is what the point of trying new things...
OHHHHH tonight i am going to make english muffin bread.... well that is my plan...

Ive always wanted to try to be a person who can workout early AM. Its done for the day, and theres even a spin class that early. It never works out...I have to hit snooze 4-5 times before I get out of bed. LOL
