Wednesday - Weekly Planing

Wednesdays are now going to be my weekly pre-planning day.  I use to do this all of the time, but then I got lazy... NO MORE LAZINESS!  Food is going to be a tad bit harder to plan now that I have a room mate and we share cooking duties.  What I can plan is breakfast and lunch and most dinners.  I have started using Myfitnesspal, let's see how well I do with it.

I am not going to plan my meals this week because I am going away to Vancouver for a few days.  I am taking my best friend for her birthday to the Keith Urban concert.


Goals:  I have decided to break down my weight-loss into segments.  I would like to loose 120lbs.
