First WI --oops forgot to post this...

Well how disgusting is this! 250lbs!!! i have gained 15lbs since august...  but no worries I am BACK!!!!!!

The Plan:
I am going to log everyday... this one will be hard.
I am going to workout 4 days a week for a min 30 mins.  I will work up to 6 days a week
Create weekly meal plans.
